I am a licensed therapist dedicated to providing a warm, grounded space for meaningful change. At my core, I am a humanist, existentialist, and a proponent of unconditional self-compassion. I am especially drawn to the moments in therapy where people feel safe enough to speak honestly about the parts of themselves they've carried alone. I value depth, authenticity, humor, and the relief that comes from being fully human in the room with another person. I have come to deeply value my work with adults and people navigating life transitions, grief, identity shifts, meaning, and the emotional complexity that comes with living a full life.
